Required Skills & Experience

• • Strong Supply Chain experience, particularly device/hardware lifecycle, inventory, vendor, cost, or supply chain operations
• Strong analytical background with the ability to work through complex datasets and turn findings into actionable recommendations
• Data analysis/querying experience using SQL and/or advanced spreadsheet modeling
• 2-5 years of relevant Product Management, Business Analysis, Supply Chain Analytics, or similar experience
• Experience owning reporting and analysis end to end
• Ability to work within complex, multi-system processes, where one business or guardrail change may touch numerous systems
• Strong stakeholder management skills across business and technical teams
• Self-starter who is proactive, communicative, and able to drive work independently
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and identify business problems and opportunities
• Strong written, verbal, and executive-facing presentation skills
• Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, related field, or equivalent experience

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• • Telecommunications / Connectivity experience, particularly Internet, WiFi, Voice, networking, or CPE
• Experience with supply-chain-informed business rules or guardrails
• Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization/dashboarding experience
• Experience leveraging AI tools such as Claude or Kiro for analysis and day-to-day automation
• Jira and Confluence
• Product management experience with requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Experience supporting hardware/device products

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Product Manager II for a top telecommunications and connectivity client supporting its WiFi Product organization. This individual will focus heavily on Supply Chain Lifecycle analytics and supply-chain-informed guardrails that govern the deployment of Internet CPE and other Connectivity products. The ideal candidate brings a strong supply chain and analytical background, is comfortable working across complex systems and datasets, and can independently turn device, vendor, inventory, cost, and operational data into actionable recommendations. This person will own recurring analysis and reporting while partnering across Product, Supply Chain, Engineering, Procurement, and Operations. Telecom experience is valuable, but strong supply chain and analytical expertise should be prioritized when identifying candidates.

Day-to-Day:

• Support supply-chain-informed guardrails governing the deployment of Internet CPE and other Connectivity products
• Analyze Supply Chain Lifecycle performance across devices, inventory, vendors, and costs
• Support BAU guardrail operations across Internet, WiFi, and Voice
• Track guardrail performance and investigate operational exceptions
• Work through complex, multi-layered systems involved in implementing guardrail changes
• Compile and analyze Supply Chain and Connectivity data to identify trends and opportunities
• Build and own recurring reports, charts, dashboards, and presentations
• Translate complex data into actionable recommendations for management
• Partner with Product, Supply Chain, Engineering, Procurement, Customer Operations, Field Operations, Marketing, and Sales
• Analyze external market dynamics and incorporate findings into business recommendations
• Recommend new processes and operational improvements
• Develop project estimates across resources, capital, phases, and timelines
• Communicate findings to both technical teams and executive stakeholders
• Operate as part of a small team, currently consisting of two people

Pay for this position is between 45 and 50 / HR
