Job Description
Overview
Seeking a Product Manager to support our client’s internally built warehouse management platform, focused on inventory operations within distribution centers and warehouses. This is a true Product Management role. The manager is looking for someone who can drive product discovery, partner with stakeholders, design solutions, and own a roadmap, not someone whose background is primarily Scrum Master or Agile delivery.
Responsibilities
- Own the Inventory Domain product roadmap and backlog
- Lead discovery efforts with business stakeholders and end users
- Design warehouse and inventory workflows with UX and Engineering
- Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value
- Drive sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, and releases
- Partner with a team of 5-6 developers, a UX designer, and an Engineering Lead
- Build quarterly roadmaps and define product priorities
- Support the rollout of new functionality across warehouse locations
