Job Description

With your inventory planning and analysis background, you will be responsible for developing and managing the Verizon Business Group inventory management process aligning with our third partner distributor and manufacturer partners to grow our Indirect Fulfillment program (‘iFill’). You will work with Verizon sellers to confirm opportunities, create forecasts, and meet channel reporting KPIs/metrics. These metrics will be shared with our distributor and manufacturer partners for shared accountability. Your work will help maintain Verizon’s leadership position by anticipating business customer needs and shaping our future offerings / requirements to meet them.

Operations

• Generate inventory forecast guidance for distributor and manufacturer partners based on Verizon sales needs
• Create weekly and monthly performance reports for distributor and manufacturer partners to track against the forecasts provided
• Help with SKU enablement and POS platforms
• Host weekly meetings with distributor and/or OEM partners to maintain inventory supply
• Manage the internal support Slack channel for customer issues and other sales related inquiries
• Execute regular updates on internal sales support collateral and reference documents
• Daily order monitoring and management of funnel opportunities
• Perform analysis of launched products data and lead executive reporting development
• Support the team with ad hoc, sales data, analysis, executive summaries, and forecast reports
• Support promotional activities by managing the entry into the billing database
• Work closely with the promo team and finance to ensure accurate OEM billing
• Candidate will also be responsible for assisting and responding to sales teams, channel partners, internal sales, and cross-functional workgroups
• Candidate to maintain all aspects of training materials, OSTs, enrollment flyers, etc.
• This position will also be responsible for managing the day-to-day operational issues that may arise

Automation

• Work on new requirements for the iFill process
• Driving detailed technical requirements, test strategy and launch schedule with different stakeholders internal and external for order tracking and recoincilation
• Managing requirements / features through the different product development cycles working with IT, Network, digital experience and GTM to launch
