Required Skills & Experience
Platform Engineering
- Monitor, triage, and resolve support requests for Chick-fil-A's growing suite of AI tools, including LangFuse and Solo.io's AgentGatway and AgentRegistry
- Monitor, triage, and resolve incidents and outages that affect AI tools, including during non-business hours
- Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Cloud Platform Engineering, and engineering leads across DTT to ensure AI tools and capabilities are fit for purpose, efficient, and secure
- Identify, propose, and drive adoption of emerging AI technologies, methodologies, and approaches to address gaps in platform ecosystem Support & Operations
Experience:
- Establishing robust technical support processes, automation, and documentation
- Triaging, managing and resolving technical support requests
- Triaging, managing, and resolving operational issues Documentation
Experience:
- Developing and maintaining technical runbooks, knowledge articles, and operational standards
- 5+ years platform engineering or platform operations experience
- Experience supporting production platforms
- Experience defining operational processes
- Experience handling ambiguous requirements
- Experience working directly with technical stakeholders
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience with AI-native gateways, preferably Solo.io’s AgentGateway

Job Description
The client seeks a highly skilled Platform Engineer to support our growing suite of AI tools, which enable the safe and reliable development and delivery of software via AI agents and workflows . This role is expected to collaborate with Enterprise Architecture and Cloud Platform Engineering to support AI tools and developers through a combination of robust platform operations and infrastructure, configuration expertise, and management of support processes and automation.
The selected consultant will help establish operational best practices for AI tools, create sustainable support models for emerging AI platforms and technologies, and help design, build, and implement the AI tooling requested by developers.
