• Experience working with in-home technology, such as smart-home, connected, or IoT devices
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule in Nashville, Tennessee
• Ability to participate in occasional local installation visits

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Plumbing Concierge Coordinator to support customers using a connected automatic water shut-off device and mobile application. This individual will serve as the plumbing subject-matter expert for inbound and outbound customer calls, helping customers set up their app, connect their device, troubleshoot water alerts or shut-offs, and resolve plumbing-related concerns.

This role requires someone who can take hands-on plumbing knowledge and explain technical information in a clear, customer-friendly way. The coordinator will also support plumbers with installation and app setup questions, assist with warranty troubleshooting, and help resolve escalated customer concerns.

This is a six-month contract position with the possibility of extension as the pilot program grows. The role is hybrid in Nashville, Tennessee, and requires 40 hours per week.
