Platform Engineer

Required Skills & Experience

Product-oriented mindset with a focus on solving business problems rather than simply delivering technology solutions. 2+ years of experience for mid-level engineers; 5+ years for senior-level engineers in:

Full-stack development experience with:

Backend development using Java and Spring Boot Frontend development using React Node.js or modern scripting technologies Python for automation, tooling, and data-focused engineering Salesforce Development experience Strong experience building, supporting, or modernizing enterprise applications and platforms. Experience designing and integrating APIs and enterprise systems. CI/CD pipeline development and DevOps practices. Cloud platforms, preferably Azure, with exposure to AWS or Google Cloud. Monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, or similar technologies.
