Board of Pharmacy Registration (PTCB) or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire Hospital experience preferred 1-2 years If no hospital experience, preference for 3-5 years of retail pharmacy experience Strong attention to detail and patient-care mindset Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and teamwork skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Hospital pharmacy experience Sterile or non-sterile compounding experience Experience working closely with pharmacists and clinical staff Strong adaptability and coachability

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacy operations at Cape Fear Valley Health. Responsibilities include medication distribution, delivering medications throughout the hospital, receiving medications, inventory management, and supporting sterile and non-sterile compounding activities. This individual will work closely with pharmacists and fellow technicians to support safe, efficient, patient-centered care. No prior compounding experience is required, as comprehensive training is provided.
