Job Description
Seeking an Epic Professional Billing (PB) Contracts Analyst. The ideal candidate will have knowledge on creating contracts from scratch. This person will also have Epic PB certification and experience supporting billing, claims, charge capture, reimbursement, reporting, and end-user support within a healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
Build contracts from scratch. This includes reviewing contracts, finding missing information and piecing together information from different teams to successfully create a contract. Build, maintain, and optimize Epic PB workflows and configurations Support billing, claims, charge capture, reimbursement, and provider billing processes Gather requirements and implement system enhancements Troubleshoot application issues and provide end-user support Develop reports and dashboards using Epic reporting tools and SlicerDicer Conduct testing, validation, and documentation for upgrades and new functionality Collaborate with operational and clinical stakeholders to improve workflows Support system implementations, upgrades, and optimization initiatives
