Job Description

SELAX Brokerage is a technology-enabled financial and insurance distribution platform helping financial advisors grow through carrier relationships, products, marketing, and technology. We are hiring 2 Sales Development Associates for a paid, performance-based career pathway at our Washington, DC home office.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prospect financial advisors by phone, email and approved outreach campaigns.
• Schedule qualified advisor meetings and introduce SELAX products, services and FORGE.
• Support advisor onboarding, contracting, follow-up and activation.
• Maintain complete, timely records in the designated CRM.
• Participate in coaching, training, product education and daily sales activity reviews.
• Build a measurable pipeline of advisor relationships, cases and attributable production.
