Order Management Specialist

Required Skills & Experience

2–5 years of Order Management, Sales Operations, Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, Customer Operations, or similar experience Hands-on ownership of customer orders through the order-to-cash / quote-to-cash lifecycle Salesforce and/or CPQ experience, plus exposure to ERP, billing, or order-management systems Experience validating pricing, products, quantities, terms, documentation, and customer information Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve rejected, blocked, incomplete, or inaccurate orders Experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Deal Desk, Billing, and Fulfillment Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and ramp quickly Must be able to work UK business hours

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Salesforce CPQ or Revenue Cloud experience International sales/order-processing experience Background in a fast-paced Sales Operations or Order Management environment Experience handling increased month-end and quarter-end order volume Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an Order Management Specialist for a top client to support the end-to-end customer order lifecycle. This individual will take ownership of orders after Sales closes the deal, reviewing them for accuracy and completeness and driving them through booking, billing, and fulfillment. The ideal candidate has hands-on quote-to-cash or order-to-cash experience, is comfortable working in Salesforce and CPQ environments, and can quickly identify and resolve order discrepancies.
