Required Skills & Experience

3-4+ years of experience working with PLM platforms, specifically Infor PLM Optiva Experience serving as a Solution Architect, Functional Consultant, Business Analyst, or SME for Optiva implementations Strong ability to translate business requirements into Optiva solutions Experience with PLM implementations, optimizations, or re-implementations Food & Beverage industry experience Business process governance and documentation experience Ability to serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and implementation teams Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Self-starter mentality with the ability to provide strategic guidance

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience supporting enterprise-wide Optiva rollouts Experience establishing PLM best practices and governance frameworks Background with product formulation, recipe management, or food manufacturing processes Previous experience reviewing or correcting poorly executed implementations Experience creating internal knowledge documentation and training materials

Job Description

Act as the internal Optiva SME and trusted advisor for strategic PLM initiatives Provide oversight and guidance for Optiva implementation, optimization, and reimplementation projects Gather and translate business requirements into functional Optiva solutions Serve as the internal "eyes and ears" on projects managed alongside larger implementation teams Evaluate current Optiva usage and identify opportunities for enterprise-wide improvements Help establish PLM governance, best practices, and standards across multiple business units Work closely with business stakeholders to ensure successful adoption and utilization Document Optiva knowledge, processes, and implementation decisions for internal teams Provide quality assurance and strategic recommendations to avoid repeating prior implementation mistakes Partner with business counterparts and technology teams throughout project lifecycles
