Job Description
A global industrial manufacturing organization is launching an operations risk mitigation and manufacturing network optimization program focused on improving manufacturing efficiency, capacity, production flow, and operational resiliency across its Mexico operations. As product mix and customer demand have evolved, the manufacturing environment has become increasingly complex, requiring greater production flexibility, more frequent changeovers, and stronger coordination across operations and planning teams.
This individual will serve as an operations SME and project leader, partnering with plant leadership, shop-floor operations, manufacturing engineering, maintenance, quality, production scheduling, and supply/demand planning teams to identify opportunities and drive improvements. The role will oversee multiple concurrent initiatives focused on areas such as production and capacity optimization, scheduling, manufacturing-line improvements, infrastructure, and operational risk reduction while managing timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, escalations, and overall execution.
