Job Description

The Open Enrollment Representative will support a large health system in the Greater Philadelphia area during its annual open enrollment period. Approximately 60% of the day will be spent answering inbound calls from employees and assisting with questions related to benefits and open enrollment. They will provide clear, professional guidance and help employees navigate general benefits and enrollment questions. The remaining 40% of the role will focus on reporting, tracking enrollment progress, maintaining accurate records, and supporting other open enrollment initiatives. This individual will work closely with the HR/Benefits team to ensure information is accurately documented and employees receive timely support. This is a 6-week contract position working onsite 5 days per week during standard day-shift hours.
