Job Description

• Ideal profile: Hybrid ML Engineer + MLOps background, with the ability to understand/fine-tune models while also productionizing POCs and supporting deployed models.
• Core responsibilities: Move POCs into production and build supporting systems to monitor, validate, and train models.
• Technical background: Strong software engineering skills, including Python, object-oriented/functional programming, CI/CD, Docker, Azure, PyTorch, Git, and pytest/unit testing.
• AI tooling: Experience with LangGraph is relevant, though the team is now pivoting toward Microsoft agents.
• Testing: Functional, integration, validation, and unit testing experience.
• Ways of working: Uses SAFe Agile. The person should adapt quickly, be proactive, and bring forward ideas. Additional area: Observability is also called out as relevant.
