Insight Global is looking to add a Mendix Developer to our client’s custom software development team. This person will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing low-code applications supporting manufacturing and operational processes. They will be responsible for the end-to-end development lifecycle of Mendix applications, including domain modeling, microflows and nanoflows, UI development, workflows, user roles, role-based security, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and ongoing enhancements. They will partner closely with manufacturing supervisors, foremen, planners, warehouse teams, quality engineering, operations teams, and other business stakeholders to understand shop-floor challenges, gather requirements, identify process gaps, and translate business needs into scalable digital solutions. A goal of this role is to digitize manual Excel, paper-based, and shop-floor processes through workflow automation while improving the overall user experience.
