Insight Global is seeking a Medical Assistant to join a healthcare team supporting day-to-day patient care and clinical operations. This individual will work closely with providers and clinical staff to ensure patients receive a smooth, efficient experience throughout their visit. The ideal candidate is organized, patient-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:

• Complete patient intake and prepare patients for their appointments
• Obtain and document patient information and vital signs
• Prepare exam rooms and ensure rooms remain ready and available for physicians
• Support physicians and clinical staff with day-to-day patient care needs
• Send cultures, orders, and other clinical information as directed
• Accurately document patient information within the electronic health record
• Assist with coordinating and scheduling patient appointments as needed
• Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked exam rooms
• Help support efficient patient flow throughout the clinic
• Follow established patient privacy, safety, and infection-control procedures
