Job Description
Insight Global is looking for an Event Content Program Manager for one of our large enterprise technology clients. This person will manage the content and communications that support large-scale regional events, typically spanning multiple tracks, keynotes, demos and supporting campaign assets. They'll partner closely with Product Marketing and Messaging to manage content from development and refinement through pre-event communications, event execution and post-event follow-up. They'll keep multiple concurrent releases moving, coordinate stakeholder reviews and approvals, support speaker readiness, and ensure content is accurate and consistent before launch. They'll also track adoption and attendee data and use field feedback to improve future releases. This is a highly visible, fully virtual program management role with an established process and a short knowledge-transfer period, so the person needs to ramp quickly and be comfortable owning a lot of moving pieces.
