Required Skills & Experience

•High School Diploma or equivalent. •Minimum of 4 years of relevant manufacturing experience, or an Associate Degree with 0–2 years of related experience. •Developing technical skills with the ability to perform tasks under general supervision. •Ability to follow defined procedures and identify issues in straightforward situations. •Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. •Familiarity with manufacturing software tools or data collection systems. •Experience performing mechanical or electronic troubleshooting. •Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, team oriented production environment. •Interest in improving manufacturing processes and solving technical problems. •Desire to advance within a high technology aerospace and defense organization.

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Manufacturing Technician B who will support a wide range of manufacturing activities that ensure the delivery of high‑quality parts, components, and assemblies used in mission‑critical systems. In this developing‑level role, you will work under general supervision and collaborate closely with engineers, technicians, and production teams to carry out setup, calibration, troubleshooting, and quality testing tasks. This role will be a swing shift starting between 2:00-3:30pm and will be a 9 hour shift working on a 9/80 schedule. This role will be onsite in Salt Lake City and will be a 12 month contract to hire.
