Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Medical device / regulated manufacturing background ISO 13485 / GMP / cleanroom experience ERP/MRP experience; Fishbowl is a plus Lean Six Sigma Spanish or French is helpful
Job Description
We are looking for a hands-on Manufacturing Manager to lead daily production operations while strengthening the leadership team underneath them. This person will oversee a large manufacturing workforce, drive Lean/Continuous Improvement initiatives, manage production performance, and develop supervisors and leads into stronger leaders. The ideal candidate is a boots-on-the-ground leader who can balance hitting production goals with coaching employees, improving processes, and building a stronger culture of accountability.
