Required Skills & Experience

• Hands-on experience with Manhattan Active WM / MAWM.
• Strong knowledge of inbound, inventory, and outbound warehouse workflows.
• Experience with SIT, UAT, integration, end-to-end, and regression testing.
• Experience testing WMS integrations with host/ERP, WCS/MHE, TMS, or shipping applications.
• Strong defect management and troubleshooting experience.
• Experience supporting at least one WMS implementation, migration, upgrade, or go-live.

Job Description

A client of Insight Global is seeking Manhattan Active WMS Testing Resources to support implementations, migrations, enhancements, and releases. This role will validate end-to-end warehouse workflows, system integrations, and functionality within Manhattan Active. This is not a traditional QA role. Candidates should understand both Manhattan Active and warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute functional, integration, SIT, UAT, end-to-end, and regression testing within Manhattan Active.
• Test inbound, inventory, and outbound processes including receiving, putaway, allocation, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Validate integrations between Manhattan Active and ERP/host, WCS/MHE, TMS, shipping, and external systems.
• Create test cases, manage defects, participate in defect triage, and support troubleshooting.
• Support mock go-live, cutover, production validation, go-live, and hypercare.
