The Manhattan material you provided specifically includes new-release testing, regression testing, pre-deployment activities, production rollouts, mock go-live/go-live activities, data validation, and hypercare support.

- Track dependencies and ensure required activities are completed prior to deployment.
- Coordinate SIT, UAT, regression-testing, and business sign-off requirements.
- Conduct release-readiness checkpoints and go/no-go meetings.
- Confirm required documentation, approvals, testing evidence, training, communications, and support plans are complete.
- Develop and maintain deployment and cutover plans.
- Coordinate mock cutovers and production deployments.
- Confirm rollback/backout and contingency plans are established for higher-risk changes.
- Communicate planned downtime, release scope, deployment timing, risks, and expected operational impacts.
