Required Skills & Experience

Experience leading or mentoring business intelligence, business analytics, or reporting analysts Strong SQL knowledge with the ability to guide others in querying and interpreting data Advanced Excel and experience building reports or dashboards in Tableau Experience with data validation, cleaning, auditing, and complex analytical problem-solving Exposure to data warehousing or cloud-based data environments Ability to distill complex findings into clear, concise insights for director-level and senior stakeholders Demonstrated ability to be proactive, identify analytical opportunities, and recommend next steps Experience working within a complex business intelligence environment

A client of Insight Global’s is looking for a Manager of Business Intelligence & Analytics to lead a team of analysts supporting business intelligence, forecasting, reporting, and strategic decision-making within Revenue Operations. This individual will guide the team in translating complex business questions into structured analyses, querying and validating data, and delivering clear, actionable insights to senior stakeholders. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in SQL, advanced Excel, Tableau, and data warehousing, along with the leadership and communication skills needed to develop analysts and proactively identify opportunities within a complex data environment.
