Maintenance Specialist

Required Skills & Experience

• No college degree required
• Completion of an approved apprenticeship program and/or 2-year technical or trade school, OR equivalent hands-on experience
• 5–8 years of industrial maintenance experience
• Experience working in an industrial or manufacturing environment
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting and maintaining: ○ PLC-controlled equipment ○ Motors and drives ○ Electrical systems ○ Pneumatic systems ○ Robotics and automation equipment ○ DC tools ○ Camera/vision systems
• Ability to diagnose equipment issues and perform mechanical and electrical repairs and strong track record of experience in maintenance-focused roles

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• CNC machining or CNC equipment maintenance experience and experience supporting highly automated assembly lines.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Industrial Maintenance Specialist to support manufacturing and assembly operations. This person will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing industrial equipment to keep production lines operating safely and efficiently.
