Maintenance Lead

Day-to-Day:

An Insight Global client, a leading global supplier of a broad range of innovative nonwoven, flexible, and rigid products used every day within consumer and industrial end markets, is looking for a maintenance lead to join their team in Greenville, SC. The Maintenance Lead is responsible for coordinating and leading daily maintenance activities to ensure equipment, machinery, and facility systems operate safely, efficiently, and reliably. This role provides technical guidance to maintenance technicians, prioritizes work assignments, promotes preventative maintenance practices, and supports continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining compliance with all safety and quality standards. This role is responsible for prioritizing work orders, troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment, managing preventative maintenance, and minimizing production downtime while supporting safety, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement efforts.

Skills and Requirements

Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or facility environment. Previous experience with 24v-480v Motors (Electrical experience) Must bring your own toolbox (Any specialty tools will be provided.) Electrical/Hydraulic/Mechanical/Pneumatic Machine Troubleshooting (All Siemens and Allen Bradley) Previous leadership or supervisory experience Has Injection Molding/Injection Blow Molding Experience Technical degree, trade certification, or equivalent experience preferred.
