A minimum of a High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent is required. Job Description

This position serves as a key member of the Maintenance & Facilities team, delivering maintenance support throughout the site to ensure equipment reliability, facility readiness, and uninterrupted operations.

The Maintenance & Facilities Technician will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical equipment across the site. Responsibilities include performing preventive maintenance, repairs, and installations on pumps, gearboxes, motors, and other rotating equipment, as well as lubricating, cleaning, and repairing machinery and tools. Basic computer skills are required to access maintenance procedures, documentation, and email.

The successful candidate must demonstrate safe work practices, develop clear job task descriptions, and identify the safest methods for completing assigned work. This role may also require reviewing work plans from employees or contractors and issuing safe work permits to ensure compliance with site safety requirements.
