Build proofs of concept to evaluate new technologies, integration patterns, and architectural approaches.
Design scalable APIs, system integrations, and event-driven solutions.
Create architecture diagrams, system workflows, integration models, and other technical visualizations.
Guide the modernization of customer-facing capabilities, including: o E-commerce o Customer self-service o Order and shipment visibility o Order-status tracking o Digital quote requests o Online ordering o Sample ordering o Product search and discovery o Product-detail and marketing content

Help solve complex challenges involving APIs, data movement, system integrations, product information, and digital commerce.
Communicate architecture decisions clearly to software engineers, product leadership, and nontechnical business stakeholders.
