Lead Full stack Engineer

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of front-end/software development experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on Vue.js experience.
• Strong expertise with Vue.js 2.x/3.x, Vue Router, Vuex/Pinia, Composition API, and Single Page Applications.
• Expert-level proficiency with JavaScript ES6+, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS/SASS.
• Strong experience building reusable components and working within component-driven architectures.
• Experience integrating applications with RESTful APIs and JSON.
• Strong experience with responsive web design and cross-browser development.
• Knowledge of browser rendering, application performance tuning, and front-end optimization.
• Understanding of application security concepts including authentication, authorization, CORS, XSS, and CSRF.
• Experience with automated testing using Jest, Vitest, Cypress, Playwright, or similar frameworks.
• Strong experience with Git, GitHub/GitLab, branching strategies, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience working cross-functionally with business, product, QA, DevOps, UX/UI, and engineering teams.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience with C#, .NET Core/.NET 8+, ASP.NET MVC, and Web APIs.
• Familiarity with Entity Framework.
• Experience with SQL Server, including Stored Procedures, Views, Functions, and relational database design.
• Experience implementing SSO, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, or Azure AD authentication.
• Experience with IIS deployment and application hosting.
• Experience working with Azure and/or AWS.

Previous experience operating in a Lead Developer, Technical Lead, or similar hands-on leadership role.

Job Description
