Job Description
My client is looking for a Lead Cooling Tower Technician to join their growing team in Northern Virginia. This technician will work a 6am-2pm shift and report to Sterling, VA daily before departing to the jobsite. This team does some installation and mostly service work for cooling towers of industrial, federal, and mission critical facilities. The lead cooling tower technician can expect to spend their days outside/on roofs doing field installations, repairs, hoisting, rigging, and rooftop assembly of cooling tower components. This person must be comfortable with overseeing a team of 1-3 jr. technicians and have previous cooling tower servicing experience.
