Bachelor’s degree or minimum 4 years of equivalent related work experience along with field specific certifications Minimum 3 years’ experience working in a high call volume, time sensitive support environment for a large company, supporting users in MDM Airwatch, InTune, Duo, iTunes, Samsung Knox
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Minimum 3 years’ experience working with airlines Advanced level knowledge of AirWatch and or InTune Apple Certified Support Professional Certification or equivalent experience
