Insight Global is seeking an Entry‑Level IT Support Technician (Level 1) to work onsite with one of our largest clients, headquartered in Hudson, OH. In this role, you’ll support a large, nationwide organization and gain real-world IT experience in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist with a large-scale device rollout, including laptops, desktops, printers, and iPads across 250+ office locations Provide Tier 1 IT support for internal users, assisting with basic troubleshooting and technical issues Set up, image, deploy, and replace end‑user hardware Escalate more complex issues to higher-level IT teams when needed Deliver a positive, customer‑focused support experience
