Job Description
We're looking for an experienced L2 IT Support Engineer to support our fast-growing San Francisco office. You'll be the face of IT for employees onsite - handling walk-up support, working the ticket queue, and keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly across a primarily macOS environment. This is a hands-on role for someone who can operate independently, take ownership of issues end to end, and thrive in a high-growth environment where priorities move quickly.
