IT Project Manager (SAP)

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree with 8+ years Project/Program Management experience OR Master's degree with 6+ years OR 10+ years equivalent experience Minimum 2+ years of management/leadership experience 5+ years leading large-scale, complex IT implementations with ownership of budgets, timelines, and delivery Strong ERP implementation experience, specifically greenfield Non-SAP to SAP conversion projects in complex legacy environments with high RICEFW volume Advanced project scheduling experience using Microsoft Project, including critical path management Strong experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) Experience managing System Integrators/vendors, SOWs, scope management, and vendor financials Agile delivery experience with strong project finance and budget management skills Executive-level communication and presentation experience

PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification PgMP Certification Agile Certifications (CSM, CSP, etc.) SAFe experience MBA

Job Description

Responsibilities:

Create, execute, and manage cutover and deployment plans for 50+ integrations within ERP transformation initiatives Develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, forecasts, schedules, and critical path timelines Lead cross-functional teams through project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure Provide executive leadership updates and present project status, risks, and mitigation plans Manage project financials including budget forecasting, actuals reporting, and change control processes Identify, document, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies Coordinate internal teams and external system integrators/vendors to ensure successful project delivery Drive organizational change management and implementation readiness activities Facilitate stakeholder alignment, requirements gathering, SDLC documentation, and deployment readiness Utilize Agile methodologies and Azure DevOps to manage project execution and delivery tracking
