IT Project Manager

Required Skills & Experience

-5+ years of Project Management experience leading enterprise system implementations from planning through go-live and post-production support -Experience managing complex software implementation projects involving multiple stakeholders across business, IT, and third-party vendors -Proven ability to coordinate implementation partners, internal teams, and executive stakeholders to deliver successful project outcomes -Strong project planning, risk management, budget tracking, and dependency management experience -Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and executive communication skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-Experience implementing Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) -Experience supporting Oracle Taleo to Oracle Recruiting Cloud migrations -Experience implementing HRIS, HCM, ATS, ERP, or other enterprise business applications -Experience managing system integration, data migration, testing, and go-live activities -PMP or other Project Management certifications

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager to lead an implementation of Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) as the organization transitions from Oracle Taleo. This individual will partner with an internal IT Program Manager and serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the implementation vendor to ensure a successful deployment. The ideal candidate is a strong IT Project Manager with experience leading enterprise software implementations and managing cross-functional teams. ORC, Oracle HCM, or ATS implementation experience is preferred, but they are open to project managers with a proven track record of delivering large-scale system implementations in any business area.

Responsibilities include managing the full project lifecycle, including project planning, risk management, executive reporting, governance, testing, data migration, training, cutover, and post-go-live support. The successful candidate will be comfortable driving execution, aligning stakeholders, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring project success from kickoff through stabilization.
