IT Project Manager

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager
• Comfortable managing up to 10 small to medium-sized projects simultaneously
• Experience supporting both ERP/application and infrastructure projects; EnterpriseOne or Blue Yonder experience preferred
• Comfortable collaborating with internal technical teams and external partners/MSPs
• Experience working within an established PMO and following defined project management processes and documentation standards
• Experience with ServiceNow for project tracking/documentation preferred
• Experience working in a Waterfall or structured project delivery environment

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience supporting legacy process automation or AI-related initiatives
• Experience managing projects within manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, or warehousing environments
• Familiarity with associated applications and technologies such as EDI, TMS, databases, and other supply chain systems
• Project scoping and requirements-gathering experience

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager for a 100% remote, long-term contract opportunity working EST hours. This individual will be responsible for managing up to 10 small to medium-sized IT projects simultaneously, primarily focused on project execution across both infrastructure and application initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong IT project management experience and be comfortable working within an established PMO environment with defined processes, documentation standards, and a primarily Waterfall methodology. This individual will use ServiceNow for project documentation and tracking while coordinating across internal technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners/MSPs. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing competing priorities, driving projects forward, holding stakeholders accountable to deliverables and timelines, and ensuring proper documentation is maintained throughout the project lifecycle. We are looking for someone who is comfortable being an active participant in technical conversations while also being able to translate technical concepts for nontechnical stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be organized, curious, proactive, and capable of navigating a high-volume project environment. This is a fully remote, long-term contract position working EST hours, with a compensation range of $55-$70/hour based on experience.
