Required Skills & Experience

• Associate's degree in Computer Technology or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of Information Technology experience
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting, project management, and communication skills
• Experience supporting enterprise hardware, software, and infrastructure environments
• VMware, Hyper-V, Active Directory, Exchange, and Remote Desktop Services
• Microsoft, Checkpoint, or networking certifications
• T-SQL, Visual Studio, and Cisco technologies

This leadership role will partner with the Director of Information Technology to oversee IT operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, compliance, vendor management, and staff development. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, leadership experience, and a passion for building efficient and secure technology solutions.

• Lead Help Desk operations and IT support functions
