Original job description
Required Skills & Experience
· Tenant consolidation and migration, including coordination of identity, access, collaboration, endpoint, and dependent infrastructure activities.
· Branch and office technology integrations, including the planning and delivery required to bring acquired locations into the enterprise technology environment.
· Network migration and integration, including connectivity, LAN/WAN, wireless, firewall, circuit, and related network dependencies.
· End-user technology delivery, including devices, endpoint readiness, workplace technology, and user cutover coordination.
· Identity and access dependencies, particularly where infrastructure readiness depends on directory, authentication, access, or account migration activities.
· Infrastructure migration and cutover delivery, with experience building implementation plans, cutover runbooks, rollback approaches, validation criteria, and stabilization plans.
· Infrastructure dependency management, with the ability to understand sequencing between network, identity, endpoints, security, applications, facilities, vendors, and operational teams.
· Multi-site delivery, coordinating infrastructure activities across multiple offices, locations, technical teams, and vendors.
· Integration roadmap development, taking an acquisition's target state and turning it into infrastructure workstreams, milestones, dependencies, resource requirements, and executable delivery plans.
· Resource and capacity management, with experience balancing engineering and PM capacity across simultaneous programs and competing priorities.
· Technical vendor coordination, including carriers, managed-service providers, hardware providers, contractors, and other third parties supporting infrastructure delivery.
· Operational transition, ensuring infrastructure is not simply deployed but successfully transitioned into steady-state support and operational ownership.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
A strong Infrastructure M&A Delivery Lead can look across multiple acquisitions and quickly answer:
- What infrastructure work is required?
- Who owns the delivery?
- Do we have the necessary PM and technical capacity?
- What dates have we actually committed to?
- What dependencies could prevent us from meeting those dates?
- Which acquisitions are competing for the same resources?
- Where are plans or cutover readiness not mature enough?
- What needs a recovery plan?
- What needs to be escalated?
- Can infrastructure confidently support the acquisition's overall readiness date?
Job Description
The Infrastructure M&A Delivery Lead is responsible for leading infrastructure delivery across the M&A acquisition portfolio, providing a single point of accountability for infrastructure planning, delivery commitments, resource capacity, migration and cutover execution, and delivery recovery.
This role sits between the GTech M&A portfolio, Acquisition Integration Leads, infrastructure project managers, and the broader infrastructure engineering and operations teams.
The Infrastructure M&A Delivery Lead takes the infrastructure demand coming from multiple acquisitions and turns it into an executable delivery model by determining what work is required, who will lead it, what resources are needed, when it can realistically be delivered, and where capacity or dependencies create risk.
This is not simply a PM management or status-reporting role. The successful candidate must be able to operate across program, process, people, and technology, work effectively in ambiguity, understand infrastructure dependencies, challenge delivery assumptions, and drive teams toward committed outcomes even when resources sit within other functional organizations.
The role provides the Acquisition Integration Lead with one accountable infrastructure delivery partner rather than requiring each acquisition to independently coordinate across multiple infrastructure teams.
