The role works directly with employees and departments to answer questions, handle complex leave situations, ensure accurate HR/payroll records, and make sure programs comply with applicable policies and laws.

Partner with Payroll and HRIS teams to ensure employee leave, pay, and benefit information is accurate and processed on time. Maintain and update employee leave and benefits information within Workday and other HR systems. Communicate with disability and benefits vendors regarding claims, applications, enrollments, and process issues. Advise HR partners and company leadership on complex or unusual employee leave situations. Interpret and apply FMLA regulations, company policies, benefits requirements, and other applicable employment laws. Train and support HR liaisons on leave programs, benefits, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Generate reports, analyze leave-program data, and help identify or resolve accuracy and compliance issues. Handle sensitive employee information and situations while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail. This position is a 12 week contract with extensions.
