Job Description
This person will be working as a call center representative to support all HR call center needs. This individual will be fielding around 20-40 calls per day to help employees with tasks involving onboarding and enrollment. This may include handling conversations surrounding benefits, pay, eLearning, scheduling interviews, tracking applicants, etc. This is not a technical role.
