Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an Electrical Harness Engineer to support the design, development, and integration of electrical harness assemblies for spacecraft and associated test equipment. This engineer will create 3D harness routes and electro-mechanical assemblies that interconnect critical spacecraft electronics and subsystems, including power, propulsion, guidance and navigation, data, and telemetry. Day to day, this individual will develop harness routing and basic wiring diagrams, apply grounding and shielding principles, analyze designs against applicable quality and reliability requirements, and develop Bills of Materials within an ERP environment.
