One of our technology clients is seeking an experienced Group Program Manager to support a rapidly growing creative and marketing organization responsible for delivering high-impact campaigns, product launches, content initiatives, events, and integrated marketing experiences.

This person will serve as the operational backbone of the team, partnering closely with creative leadership, design, production, and marketing stakeholders to build scalable processes, manage a growing portfolio of work, and drive visibility across the organization. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, can quickly establish structure in a fast-moving environment, and has a proven track record leading large-scale creative programs from planning through execution.

This is a highly visible role that requires strong communication, stakeholder management, resource planning, and operational leadership skills.

What You'll Do:

Program & Pipeline Management:

  • Own and manage the end-to-end project pipeline across multiple marketing and creative workstreams.
  • Drive intake, prioritization, forecasting, and planning processes for new initiatives.
  • Facilitate weekly business reviews, maintain agendas, track action items, and ensure timely follow-through.
  • Create visibility into project health, upcoming priorities, risks, and dependencies.

Strategic Planning & Resource Management:

  • Partner with leadership to translate annual planning goals into executable project roadmaps.
  • Build and maintain forecasting models to support workload planning and team capacity management.
  • Work closely with Resource Management teams to ensure appropriate staffing across projects and initiatives.
  • Continuously assess team bandwidth and recommend adjustments to maximize efficiency and execution.

Cross-Functional Leadership:

  • Serve as a strategic partner to creative, design, marketing, production, and operations teams.
  • Align stakeholders across multiple functions and organizational levels to drive decision-making and execution.
  • Identify roadblocks and proactively drive solutions to keep programs on track.
  • Communicate project updates, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans to leadership teams.

Process Development:

  • Design and implement scalable workflows, tools, and operating models for the organization.
  • Establish best practices around project intake, planning, prioritization, reporting, and execution.
  • Drive operational improvements that increase efficiency, transparency, and team effectiveness.
  • Evaluate current ways of working and continuously identify opportunities to improve processes.
