Job Description

We are seeking a Ground Operations Specialist II/III to support the final preparation, integration, launch, landing, and recovery of spacecraft hardware. This role is responsible for helping transition a spacecraft from production and testing into flight readiness by executing critical processing activities, developing procedures, coordinating launch campaigns, and ensuring the vehicle is prepared for safe launch operations.

Responsibilities include spacecraft processing, launch vehicle integration, procedure development, payload integration, launch site operations, propellant loading support, configuration management, and post-flight recovery activities. You will work closely with engineering, quality, flight operations, launch providers, and mission teams to ensure the spacecraft is properly configured, verified, and ready to fly. This role requires individuals who are detail-oriented, highly adaptable, and comfortable operating in dynamic environments where procedures are still being developed and refined.
