This role will maintain implementation guides and document repositories, refine a multilingual policy lexicon, coordinate activities with country teams, and develop materials supporting policy analysis, reports, manuscripts, and presentations.
This is a remote, part-time position requiring up to 15 hours per week. The contractor must be available during Central Time business hours and flexible enough to collaborate across global time zones.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities Consolidate and refine presentations, reports, spreadsheets, graphics, templates, sample data, and written materials into a clear NCCP Digest Quick Start Guide. Create and maintain process documentation and workflow materials that support the onboarding of NCCP Digest teams. Build and maintain a structured document repository containing internal resources, collaborator-ready materials, finalized documents, working files, and reusable templates. Manage document organization, version control, and ongoing updates across the NCCP Digest repository. Consolidate and refine the multilingual NCCP Ontology used for policy analysis. Standardize ontology templates, terminology, and supporting processes to make the resource easier for teams to use. Incorporate policy-informed updates from collaborators and the Client’s Health Systems Unit into the living NCCP Ontology. Develop tracking materials to monitor progress during and after country-specific NCCP Digest reviews and NCCP Ontology implementations. Coordinate and document action items from planning and review meetings. Respond to implementation questions from country teams and support stakeholder follow-up. Coordinate NCCP Digest workshops, including preparing agendas, invitations, materials, and facilitation activities. Create NCCP Digest, NCCP Ontology, and other policy-related materials for manuscripts, reports, and presentations. Support additional national health policy initiatives involving the Client’s Health Systems Unit and in-country partners. Assist with policy-related activities connected to the Client’s role as a coordinating body for the WHO Collaborating Centre for Childhood Cancer.
