Required Skills & Experience

• Professional experience building and supporting full stack applications, with particular strength in backend engineering and data-intensive systems.
• Experience with server-side development, relational databases and SQL, API design, and data integration or ETL workflows.
• Ability to work full time in Boca Raton in person

• Fintech experience: financial services technology
• Experience with AI, Claude, Python
• Familiarity with portfolio, account, advisor, market, or custodial data.

Salary: Up to 130k based on experience

Insight Global is seeking a full stack application developer to build and improve the Client Advisor Intelligence Dashboard and other data applications. The role spans user-facing features and the backend services, data models, and integrations behind them, with a strong emphasis on backend engineering and reliable financial data.

Key Responsibilities

• Backend and Data Development
• Design, build, and maintain backend services, APIs, data models, and workflows that support the Advisor Intelligence Dashboard and other applications.
• Develop data pipelines that collect, transform, validate, and deliver information from internal systems and external sources.
• Integrate financial and operational data while maintaining its accuracy, traceability, security, and reliability.
• Application Development and Delivery
• Build responsive front-end features that help financial professionals explore information and complete their work.
• Work with investment, operations, and leadership teams to understand needs and turn them into practical software.
• Contribute to technical design, implementation, code review, testing, documentation, deployment, and ongoing support.
• Improve application performance and reliability, investigate issues, and address underlying causes.
