Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Financial Analyst to support a large hospitality and recreation organization. This individual will partner closely with finance teams and business leaders across multiple business units to support financial planning and drive strategic decision-making.

In this role, you will support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and monthly financial reviews while analyzing business performance and identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. You will create reports and provide financial insights that help stakeholders make informed business decisions and support key growth initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, along with strong Excel skills and the ability to work with large datasets. We are looking for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, comfortable working independently, and confident communicating financial insights to stakeholders.

This is a 6-12 month contract position that is primarily remote, though candidates local to Colorado are preferred. The pay rate for this position is $40-50/hour. The interview process includes a phone interview, Excel assessment, and a virtual or in-person panel interview.
