Financial Analyst

Required Skills & Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
• Expert-level Excel skills (Formulas, pivot tables, macros)
• Hands-on modeling & analytics skills within budgeting & forecasting
• ERP exposure with Oracle Hyperion OR Workday
• Real-world examples operating in a fast-paced environment (Cross-functional work, stakeholder communication, proactive communication)
• Excellent communication skills with an interest in company culture & working collaboratively (This team is very close-knit!)
• Bachelors Degree

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to support day-to-day budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. This person will build and maintain financial models in Excel, analyze actuals versus forecasts, identify trends and variances, and provide reporting to help guide business decisions. They’ll partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment, proactively communicate financial insights, and leverage Oracle Hyperion or Workday for planning and reporting activities. This role will become permanent so long as expectations are met in the first 6 months. This resource can sit fully remote on the East Coast.
