Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Filter Technician to support an industrial sales and service distributor client in Mounds View, Minnesota. This client provides advanced finishing, dispensing, and filtration solutions to manufacturing customers and supports critical production equipment such as paint systems, curing ovens, spray systems, and fluid/adhesive application equipment. This hands-on position is responsible for measuring, cutting, packaging, and preparing industrial filtration media used in manufacturing, paint booth, and air-handling applications. The role is performed entirely in a clean indoor shop environment and requires attention to detail, basic math skills, and the ability to follow precise measurements.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent high school graduate, technical school student, or someone looking to gain experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
