Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of progressive project execution experience with a large-scale self-performing GC or concrete contractor

Required self-perform concrete construction experience

Commercial and/or industrial project experience

Experience with construction projects valued over $500K

In-depth knowledge of construction principles and practices

Proven ability to lead teams and drive project results

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering

Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Strong organizational and communication skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience across multiple project types

Experience supporting large-scale industrial, manufacturing, healthcare, education, semiconductor/chip plant, or data center projects

Strong project planning and execution background

This candidate will take ownership of planning the execution phase of commercial and industrial construction projects, partnering closely with operational teams from turnover through field execution. The Field Operations Manager will develop comprehensive project plans, proactively identify obstacles and opportunities, maintain critical project reporting and documentation, and ensure teams are positioned to meet execution goals.
