Field Assurance Coordinator

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Field Assurance Coordinator to support a leading medical device company. This individual will be responsible for coordinating complaint handling activities, ensuring accurate documentation, supporting product return investigations, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. This person will serve as a key point of contact between Field Assurance, Returned Goods, Customer Service, field representatives, and external partners. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities. This opportunity is fully remote and will support a team operating on PST hours.

Skills and Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Competent in MS Word and Excel functionality.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong writing/composition skills with the ability to construct clear narratives.
• Strong verbal communication and team collaboration skills.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize daily tasks to meet department deadlines.
• Associate Degree or higher, or some college coursework with relevant experience.
• Previous experience working with data entry and database usage.
• Previous experience performing administrative and/or report preparation functions.
• Previous experience working at a medical device company.
