Required Skills & Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience within a Facilities Department
• Minimum 5 years of Facilities experience in a Healthcare Facilities environment
• Experience overseeing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, boiler plant, and building infrastructure systems
• Knowledge of healthcare regulatory compliance standards including CMS, TJC, NFPA, NJDOH, and NJDEP
• Experience managing CMMS documentation and work order systems Vendor and contractor management experience

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Associate Degree -OSHA-10 Certification
