Required Skills & Experience

Strong extrusion blow molding process experience Hands-on manufacturing environment experience Experience setting up and troubleshooting extrusion blow molding machines Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills Experience with 1 to 2 blow molding platforms Knowledge of blow molding resins and raw materials Experience with monolayer and/or multilayer bottles Experience with single and/or multiple parison processing Knowledge of SPC, statistics, and data analysis Familiarity with PDCA/problem-solving methodologies

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

BS in Engineering New product commercialization experience Process validation or equipment commissioning experience Experience developing SOCs and SOPs Mold and tooling troubleshooting Unit cavity mold processing Experience recommending improvements to bottle, mold, tooling, or machine design

Job Description

This is a hands-on engineering role focused on improving extrusion blow molding operations across multiple manufacturing sites. You’ll solve complex machine and process issues while helping launch new products and improve production performance. You’ll also establish best practices and train plant teams on equipment setup and troubleshooting. The role is remote and includes approximately 75% travel.
